Somalians sit in the sun as they wait for food provided during Operation Provide Relief, Somalia. This sign was one of many sights taken-in by a congressional fact-finding delegation. The delegates, directed by Rep. John Lewis (D-GA) and Rep. Bill Emerson (D-MO), toured several humanitarian relief sites to determine the impact of U.S. aid in the besieged country.
